Real Estate Attorney

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its Legal Department on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key legal advisor on all real estate matters, leading negotiations and documentation

Act as lead counsel for real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial leases and manage lease renewals and amendments

Required Qualifications

Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution

3-5 years of significant experience in real estate transactions and lease negotiations

Experience working effectively with senior leadership and external parties

Proven track record in drafting and negotiating contracts related to complex real estate transactions

Ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice aligned with business strategy
