The Service Porter is responsible for the flow of the Service Department by moving and parking vehicles to accommodate all guests’ requests.

A Service Porter must keep the Dealership organized, park vehicles in every designated area, deliver vehicles to the Guest, greet Guests upon arrival and kindly direct or route Guests to the appropriate personnel for assistance.

Service Porters strives to provide 5-Star Treatment by delivering exceptional Customer Service to all Guests with a professional, polite, and positive attitude.

Key Duties :

• Greet Guests arriving at our Service Department.
• Delivers cars to the service technicians and back to customers when service is complete.
• Valet parks and delivers vehicles in accordance with policy and under the direction of the Service department.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Service department.
• Assist the Service department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
• Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately;

assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
