Our rapidly growing law firm is looking for a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you’ll :

  • Connect with potential clients, listening with empathy as they share their stories.
  • Manage new client onboarding and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Help our legal team stay organized by booking and managing appointments.

We provide comprehensive training and resources to set you up for success within our supportive, tight-knit, and passionate legal team.

Compensation : 15 - $17.50 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
  • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
  • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate

    • Qualifications :

  • Sales or customer service experience highly valued
  • CRM and case management software experience a plus
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Previous legal experience highly valued
