Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant with Staffmark!

Are you ready to take your logistics and coordination skills to the next level? Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a leading roofing repair and installment company located in Hammond, LA!

Schedule : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay : $18 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer phones, manage incoming emails, and maintain social media updates and postings.
• Organize client folders and file re-roofing permits with appropriate municipalities.
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, record keeping, and payroll preparation.
• Manage office supplies, company apparel orders, and job lead documentation and assignment.
• Perform general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
