The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed while supervising LPNs, CNAs, and orientees. Embracing the Select Medical Way and Core Values, the RN prioritizes patient and employee safety, following established guidelines and protocols. The RN performs assessments, develops individualized care plans, and ensures timely documentation of all patient interactions.
