Chiropractic Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractic Physician to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct chiropractic care to patients in accordance with the scope of practice, licensing, training, and privileging / credentialing requirements.
• Collect comprehensive patient histories and document relevant information accurately in the Agency's approved EMR / EHR system.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess symptoms and identify potential musculoskeletal or neurological issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical best practices.
• Educate patients on treatment options, self-care strategies, and preventive measures to promote overall health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Salary Description

$108,680-$152,360 Annually
