In the Merchandising Specialist role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging displays and end caps, resetting shelves with strategic product rotation, and closely monitoring inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize their sales potential. About you :

You excel in friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing interactions with customers and management

You are at least 18 years old

You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

You possess reliable transportation to and from work

You demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members

You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on action and results

You can work independently while also thriving in a team environment

You maintain a safety-first mentality in your job performance
