Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson’s CoverMyMeds business segment, is at the forefront of digital healthcare advancement. We are committed to redefining how consumers interact with health care products by providing accessible and affordable solutions. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products provide collaborative, cost-saving solutions for purchasing prescription drugs.

We’re currently looking to hire a Desktop Support Specialist to support our team! The Desktop Support Specialist is the front-line, onsite IT support resource for RxSS employees, both remote and on-site. This role provides friendly, approachable support to end-users for technical issues involving Macs, mobile devices, applications, peripherals, and basic network connectivity. This role responds to walk-ups, remote support requests, and service tickets - and is critical to delivering a smooth and welcoming new hire onboarding experience. Our RxSS team has a strong culture of being helpful, friendly, and accessible, and this role enables that culture by being physically present where our employees work - giving them a trusted, personable resource who can help immediately.

• Position requires on-site coverage at our 435 - Nall office Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 to 2 : 00 p.m. (Can work beyond 2 : 00 p.m. for more hours up to 40 hours per week, but 40 hours would be max - no overtime. Accommodations for student schedules can be discussed).
