Charleston ENT & Allergy has an immediate need for an Allergy Benefits Coordinator to join our Allergy Department! Increasing demand for allergy services has made the allergy department one CENTA’s fastest growing lines of business. Our Allergy Benefits Coordinator will serve as the communications liaison between patients and their insurance companies, ensuring that patients understand all financial aspects of allergy care. They will work with the department manager and allergy staff to educate patients on testing and treatments options and review estimated fees and available coverage. This position is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented mind who excels at building relationships and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
