Ohio Licensed Excess & Surplus Specialist

A company is looking for an Excess & Surplus Specialist to support Personal Lines sales and service teams in managing accounts within the Excess and Surplus Lines Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage renewal timelines and ensure seamless renewal processes

Handle all policy transactions, including underwriting compliance and billing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and E&S Broker partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of client service and / or claims management experience -OR- High School degree / GED with 3+ years of experience

Producer's License

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Appropriate licensing as required

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
