Imaging Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Imaging Operations Specialist to support the operational workflow of image acquisition, processing, management, and delivery of digital pathology and radiology images.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate the ingestion of pathology slides into digital image platforms and ensure quality standards for image resolution and metadata

Manage secure handling, storage, and retrieval of large image datasets, troubleshooting data transfer issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing training and developing documentation of workflows and processes

Required Qualifications :

BA / BS in life sciences, medical technology, biomedical engineering, data sciences, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience

Familiarity with whole slide imaging formats and imaging quality control criteria

Proficient in using databases and cloud solutions (SQL, S3, AWS glacier)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation workflows

Experience in digital pathology operations, clinical imaging, or biomedical data management
