Superior Skilled Trades has a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a P2 Licensed Plumber to join a leading United States plumbing and drain emergency service company.  Become one of the select professionals on this customer and service-focused team!   Direct Hire Opportunity :

• P2 Licensed Plumber (Journeyman) Location : Wilton, CT (and surrounding communities within the state of CT) Hours :   Mon-Fri, 8-hr shifts (limited weekend on-call time) Compensation : $40.00-55.00 / hour (based on experience) Bonuses : Monthly performance-based bonuses What You Will Do Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service calls Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, pumps, fixtures, valves, and drains Install new fixtures such as sinks, water heaters, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, etc.

Provide on-site customer estimates and explain pricing with professionalism Troubleshoot issues independently using critical thinking and plumbing code knowledge Use ServiceTitan (or similar) mobile platform to track jobs and invoicing Collaborate with dispatchers, team members, and suppliers to complete jobs efficiently Support the customer service team on escalated job or vendor issues Qualifications & Skills Active Connecticut P2 Journeyperson Plumbing License 3+ years of residential / light commercial experience Comfortable giving on-site estimates and selling solutions Tech-savvy :
