Your Responsibilities :

Provide assistance withpersonal hygiene(e.g., bathing, grooming).

Support clients withmobility exercisesas directed by the care plan.

Assist withlight housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportationto appointments.

Offercompanionship and emotional support.

Report any changes in client condition to thenurse case manager.

What Were Looking For :

Current Indiana HHA License

High School Diploma or GED

Current CPR Certification

Negative TB Test(within the last 12 months)

Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle

Ability to comply withHIPAAand maintain client confidentiality

Negative Drug Test and Clear Background Check

Strongcommunication skillsin English

Physical ability to perform job duties and lift up to50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience as aCNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), caregiver, Personal Care Aide / Assistant, or similar role.
