JOB FUNCTION :

1. Position is responsible for supporting the Industrial Water Regional Field Service Managers (IW RFSM) by facilitating field service operations, along with supplementing any Industrial Water Field Service activities that require additional operational support in multiple, geographically dispersed locations.

2. Position is responsible for optimizing existing MPW Industrial Water processes which include trailer and / or container quality and quantity performance.

3. Position is responsible for supporting the coordination and facilitation of mobile field service projects, steam blow projects, special projects, the transition of install projects to field service operation, and supplementing Industrial Water Field Service activities as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

1. Position supports the IW RFSMs by conducting daily communications with the IW RFSMs and assisting them in problem solving and action implementation.

2. Position achieves optimization of existing MPW Industrial Water processes by monitoring trends, verifying and improving chemical dosing and equipment cleanings, assists in the implementation of MPW Engineering-approved field modifications and startups, and ensures company standards are being met.

3. Position must drive and meet MPW safety objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide training and support to the Field Services group.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Position is based out of a home office, and attends weekly teleconference calls.

2. Due to the nature of our business as a 24 / 7 service company, long non-traditional hours maybe required as a regular part of the job.

3. Travel to regeneration plants, field services sites, and customer sites as needed. 25% to 75% travel required.

4. Position works with other MPW Industrial Water groups, such as logistics, sales, purchasing, billing, etc., as needed, to facilitate Field Service tasks.

5. Assists in completing projects from the Field Service project matrix.

6. Position may need to manage other MPW field personnel, as required.
