Key Responsibilities : Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care. Accurately and promptly document all services provided. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians as per applicable practice acts and facility policy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care. Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Qualifications : Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT). Active state PT license (or eligibility to obtain one in Massachusetts).
