  • Adaptive Skills : Provide training in activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, feeding, and toileting, to promote independence.
  • Data Collection and Progress Monitoring

  • Real-Time Data Collection : Continuously collect data on target behaviors and skills using digital tools and software for efficient tracking.
  • Regular Progress Reviews : Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, update ITPs, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Completion of Daily Clinical Notes : Maintainthorough documentation and complete daily clinical notes to ensure accurate records and facilitate billing for services.
  • Family Involvement and Training

  • Parent Training Programs : Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions to empower parents with ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Home-Based Support : Extend clinic programs into the home environment through regular consultation and support.
  • Collaborative Approach

  • Interdisciplinary Team : Coordinate with BCBAs, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and special education teachers.
  • Integrated Services : Ensure seamless collaboration with early intervention programs to maintain consistency across settings.

  • Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for young children with developmental and behavioral challenges.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
  • Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs.
  • Benefits :

  • Competitive compensation & growth opportunities based on experience and performance.
  • Eligible employees enjoy medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, tuition discounts, and more.
