Triage Nurse

Work four days; usually until 5PM; no nights, no weekends Serve as a primary liaison across all disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care Multi-task between patient calls, provider messages, and other related duties Acknowledge and perform provider orders in alignment with clinical standards Implement and manage individualized care plans; assess, document, and report patient conditions in accordance with established protocols.  What will you need to be successful?
