A company is looking for a Contract to Permanent Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pitch and proposal activity, budgeting, and compliance with client guidelines while monitoring financial metrics
Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal business teams, leading a multi-disciplinary team for operational excellence
Engage directly with clients to ensure performance consistency and provide administrative support, including status reports and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of legal or law firm experience in practice management
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
Proven ability to present complex information effectively to senior leadership
Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with tact and discretion
Demonstrated leadership in planning, negotiating, and decision-making
