COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Daytime Hospitalist

Guaranteed Salary of $300,000
$200,000 in Student Loan Assistance
$85,000 Signing Bonus / Relocation Assistance
Comprehensive Benefits package including 8 weeks of PTO / CME ($5,000 annually), Health, Dental, Vision insurance, Malpractice with tail coverage, Disability insurance, Retirement, and Professional fees / License payment.
Health Insurance premiums covered for individual or family plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS for Daytime Hospitalist

Join a physician-led organization with a strong emphasis on culture and collegiality.

Enjoy a schedule with all daytime shifts—no night shifts required.

Must reside in or near the community.

Work in an open ICU setting with responsibilities including procedures like intubation and ventilator management, plus code assistance.

Manage 15 to 20 patients per shift with support from tenured Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for Daytime Hospitalist

Board Certification is preferred; however, not required.

Experience in ICU coverage with some procedural experience.

Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is acceptable.

A strong team player; a great fit for our culture is essential.

Commitment to quality patient care is crucial.
