The Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
