Medford Children's Clinic is currently hiring a pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Medford, Oregon location . We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning. This part time position may evolve into a full time position, if desired.

Job Type : Physical Therapist - Part Time, Wednesday - Saturdays.

Pay Rate : $54.81- $76.96, per client hour. Based on experience.

Qualifications :

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems, and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop / Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
