Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist with experience in long-term care pharmacy. This role is priced as contract to hire and is based in Bardstown, KY.

Key Responsibilities :

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a long-term care pharmacy setting.
• Manage prescriptions and ensure pliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Maintain documentation and pharmacy records with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct medication reviews and provide consultations as needed.
