Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond

Ballzy is looking for a creative, driven Social Media Intern who will help us grow our deep core wellness brand. Over 3 months, you’ll create social media content, learn about mindset + performance, and help us share our mission : confidence, strength, and vitality for women everywhere.

What You’ll Do : Produce

2 Reels + 1 static post

per week, aligned with the content calendar

Send content drafts to Founder for approval before posting

Monitor social media channels : respond to comments, jump on trends, track what content is performing

Assist with planning and scheduling content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)

Edit video / photos using tools like CapCut, Canva, etc.

Help report on metrics (reach, engagement) to see what’s working

Assist in affiliate and influencer marketing programs

Skills :

Currently a student interested in social media, fitness, women’s wellness, or entrepreneurship

Comfortable creating short video content, reels + writing captions

Comfortable with Canva or graphic design platform to create fun brand posts

Good communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines

Passion for health, fitness, mindset, and empowerment
