Additionally, they collaborate with clinical staff and marketing to develop new orthopedic services and programs.
Job Overview :
The Orthopedic Coordinator serves as a patient liaison to help patients and family members "navigate" the complex healthcare system. This person works with a multidisciplinary team to provide improved comprehensive orthopedic services to patients. The coordinator will establish early contact with orthopedic patients to eliminate the barriers to timely diagnosis and surgery if needed. The Ortho Coordinator will function as an advocate, educator and counselor for orthopedic patients. They will coordinate patient access throughout the continuum of care in collaboration with any necessary clinical groups or multi-disciplinary teams. Coordinators will serve as a clinical resource with expertise in orthopedic care management and serve as a liaison throughout the healthcare system and external community. The Ortho Coordinator will work with Marketing, clinical teams and Orthopedic director to develop new services and programs by coordinating interaction between patients, physicians, staff and the community.

Compensation :
Hourly Range - $31.25-$46.88
Bonus :
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
