As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to oversee the reliability of all production equipment at our beverage manufacturing facility in Houston, TX . This role will lead the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring efficient plant operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Industrial Engineering Manager will be responsible for capital project execution, asset reliability, and maintenance strategies that optimize plant efficiency. This position will work first shift but will assume full responsibility for a 5-day, 24-hour production operation.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 9+ employees , including maintenance supervisors and technicians.
• Oversee and optimize the plant's capital spending program , including budgeting, planning, and execution of capital projects.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliability and efficiency of production equipment and material handling systems.
• Control engineering, facility, and maintenance expenses while optimizing asset performance.
• Ensure that all plant equipment meets production needs by driving improvements in equipment reliability.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve plant designs, layouts, and operational processes.
• Establish and manage an Asset Reliability Program that includes best-in-class preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct periodic inspections of key utilities, including boilers, cooling towers, and chillers.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and key stakeholders to enhance overall plant efficiency and production capabilities.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of plant assets (building and equipment) to optimize their lifespan and value.
• Provide technical and professional development for the engineering and maintenance team.
