Responsibilities :
Client representation : Guide and advise clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring fair and honest dealings.Lead generation : Find new clients through networking, advertising, and using the company's systems and models.Marketing : Market properties to maximize exposure and ensure they are presented in the best possible light.Property showings : Show properties to potential buyers and work with home sellers to arrange viewings.Negotiation : Negotiate prices and contracts on behalf of clients.Administrative tasks : Manage transaction paperwork and maintain accurate records.Coordination : Work with third parties like mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.Market knowledge : Stay informed about market conditions and comparable property valuesRequirements :
