Cox Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to become a vital part of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining advanced identity governance solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical abilities, a thorough understanding of IAM principles, and hands-on experience in integrating SailPoint with various enterprise applications.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules to meet organizational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity issues while implementing scalable and secure IAM solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to ensure IAM solutions align with business requirements.
- Apply best practices for identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Deliver high-quality code with comprehensive documentation, following change management and version control standards.
- Keep abreast of emerging IAM technologies, SailPoint updates, and security frameworks to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Customize and configure SailPoint components, such as connectors, workflows, rules, roles, policies, and certifications, to enhance functionality.
- Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) to facilitate automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in developing and maintaining custom SailPoint rules using Java, BeanShell, and REST / SOAP APIs.Experience in troubleshooting identity lifecycle events, access provisioning, and system integrations.Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions effectively.Skilled in documenting technical designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure continued knowledge sharing and maintainability.Familiar with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk and secrets management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.Experienced in integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta).Knowledgeable about directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM / OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.Compensation :
Base salary ranges from $99,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year, with variations based on location and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may include participation in an incentive program.
