Principal Product Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio, leading strategic initiatives and market expansion

Manage the development and execution of multiple product roadmaps, ensuring compliance with federal certifications and organizational goals

Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment, acting as the decision-maker for trade-offs between business needs and customer expectations

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a principal or equivalent leadership role

Proven experience in managing SaaS products within the U.S. federal technology marketplace

Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and experience guiding products through authorization processes

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale product initiatives and expertise in product management tools and methodologies
