Wireline Construction Project Coordinator

Overview

The Wireline Construction Project Coordinator supports our growing workload in cable and fiber design and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and fiber design, fieldwork, and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-out / site surveys to assess project requirements and gather field data.
• Create job estimates based on survey findings and project scope.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with construction standards and customer specifications.
• Support project and program teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
• Read and interpret maps, blueprints, and construction drawings.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide operational support including scheduling inspections, rentals, and subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction and engineering teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
