Mobile Staff Solutions is now hiring for a AutoCAD Designer Helper in the Tampa area! This is a temporary to permanent position.

Summary

AutoCAD Designer Helper job involves assisting engineers by preparing and modifying drawings, maintaining digital files, and helping with project coordination. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions to support design and manufacturing processes. Key tasks include creating 3D models, organizing documentation, and coordinating with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and design : Help engineers create and modify engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD.
• Organize and maintain files : Manage and organize electronic drawing files and related documentation.
• Support project coordination : Assist in coordinating design and manufacturing programs, and help with progress reporting.
• Process survey data : Process raw survey information and data to develop plans and maps.
• Collaborate with team members : Work with engineers, drafters, and other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in project deliverables.
• Assist with material and supply management : Help monitor and track the purchase of necessary supplies and materials.
