Job Title : Certified Phlebotomist

Site : Fresno VA Medical Center, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (P&LM) Service

Location : 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, CA 93703

Duration : 4 months contract with the possibility of 4 months extension.

Shift Schedule : Rotating 8-hour shifts (day, evening, and night), including weekends and federal holidays. 24 / 7 coverage required. Overtime permitted with prior authorization

License / Certifications :

• California State Certified Phlebotomy Technician Certificate
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education : Must meet California requirements for Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) credential.
