What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently

Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs

Work closely with service advisors and team leads to ensure great customer service

• Mentor new and B-level technicians

Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Occasionally travel using company vehicles

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Help create a positive and productive shop atmosphere

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician

ASE Certifications (required)

A valid, insurable driver's license

A strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiarity with dealership service operations (preferred)

Strong communication and time management skills

Pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail
