Job description

Synergy HomeCare is actively seeking a full-time, in-office scheduling coordinator to become part of our team. Candidates must possess at least one year experience scheduling with a HomeCare agency.

The role involves coordinating between our clients and caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care they deserve.

Salary ranges depending on experience- $55,000. - $70,000.

Primary Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator :

  • Match and schedule caregivers with patients according to skill level, availability, and customer requirements.
  • Provide customer service and meet the needs of both patients and caregivers.
  • Communicate new assignments and / or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
  • Confirm and update caregiver availability, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Contact clients and caregivers for service delivery follow-up and to assess satisfaction with services.
  • Assist with daily office tasks.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HomeCare scheduling.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook) and the ability to learn and use scheduling and training systems effectively.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable , with strong work ethic
  • Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekend / On-call availability a plus but not necessary.
  • Experience required : One year scheduling experience in a home care setting.

    Education required : High school diploma or higher.

    Skills : Outstanding customer service and time management skills, along with excellent communication abilities.

    Characteristics : We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are autonomous and eager to learn.
