Position Overview :

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scope development, estimating, and onsite execution. This role requires frequent out-of-state travel to manage project activities and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in project planning, estimating, and field execution in the commercial or industrial construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout across multiple job sites.
• Travel to out-of-state project locations to provide on-site leadership and support.
• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with estimators, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates during pre-construction and bidding phases.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, permits, safety compliance, and inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targets.
• Mentor junior project managers and site supervisors as needed.
