Salary Range : $18 - $30.75

Role Overview :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) serves as a vital caregiver, delivering resident-centered nursing care and support in assisted living. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care, while providing emotional support and maintaining their dignity.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living and basic health care needs.
  • Collecting and documenting vital signs and updates on residents' conditions.
  • Providing nutritious meals and creating enjoyable dining experiences.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.
  • Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs.
  • Working closely with nursing staff to communicate any changes in resident care.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • A minimum age of 16 is required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in assisted living is preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing education with at least 12 hours required annually.
