Job descriptionDirect from Training : $675,000 / year plus productivity incentive bonus plan With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience : $725,000 / year plus productivity incentive bonus plan $50,000 sign-on bonus $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable $5,000 professional expense allowance Up to $15,000 relocation assistance Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance Malpractice coverage with tail 403(b) plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option Employee child care center Six weeks annual paid time off One week of CME
Seeking to expand comprehensive Cardiology program by adding additional non-invasive cardiologist at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. Our program offers an established open heart surgery program, extensive EP, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI.
- Minimal Call; easily manageable
- Excellent work-life balance
- Eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVUs
- Board Certification within 5 years of completing training is an expectation of all physicians working for the Blessing Health System
- Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm; 1 : 5 call
