Job descriptionValid CDL with appropriate endorsements for ready-mix operations. Strong focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in varied conditions. Effective communication and customer service skills. Dependable and detail-oriented in completing tasks and documentation. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. What You'll Be Doing
- Operate ready-mix truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Manage concrete slump adjustments and ensure proper mix during delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
