• Department consists of three full time physicians and 1 urology NP, overseen by department of surgery
• Clinical component includes 3 clinical sessions (1.5 days) of office time, 2 OR days per week and remaining for admin and consultations
• Call schedule shared for consults but have PAs onsite nights and weekends so only have to come in if patient needs to go to OR
• No late evenings or weekend hours in the office
• Many kidney stone cases, BPH, urinary incontinence, also big opportunity to build out female urology if desired
