Working Hours / Rota This is a full-time position with a four-day work week and flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. Weekend requirements are limited, and there are no after-hours emergency duties. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive veterinary services, including preventative care, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and geriatric care. For those pursuing leadership, the Medical Director role adds responsibilities for guiding associate veterinarians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative team culture. The position welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship available, particularly in soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery. Practice Details The hospital was fully renovated in 2021 and features state-of-the-art technology, including ultrasound, a modern dental suite, and surgical facilities for both soft-tissue and orthopedic procedures. Team The hospital operates with two DVMs supported by an experienced 2 : 1 technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring veterinarians are fully supported.
