Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Position Summary :
We are currently seeking a qualified and licensed School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological and educational services to K12 students across Delaware school districts. This remote role allows you to work from home while helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments to support eligibility for special education services
Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide counseling, behavior support, and crisis intervention as needed
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Interpret assessment data and provide written reports and recommendations
Attend and contribute to virtual IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings
Ensure compliance with Delaware Department of Education regulations and school district protocols
Required Qualifications :
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
Current and valid Delaware School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and digital service delivery
Strong understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and MTSS / RTI frameworks
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively
Preferred Qualifications :
National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP)
Prior experience delivering telepsychology services in a school setting
Experience with diverse student populations and needs
