LPN - Grand Rapids

Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Available!

Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses Bonus (LPNs) : $5,500

Location : 1950 32nd St. SE. Grand Rapids, MI.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at our Grand Rapids location. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician

Assist with patient assessments and care planning

Monitor and record vital signs

Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

Provide patient education and support

Document patient care in electronic medical records

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements :

Current LPN license in the state of Michigan

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer skills
