Location : 2x week onsite Chicago or Houston (NO RELO)

Target Profile Summary

The ideal candidate is a Senior .NET Core Developer with 10 years of experience, who is highly skilled in .NET Core 8.0 and has solid experience with AWS services (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Lambda, ).

Technical skills profile :

.NET Core 8.0
AWS : Lambda, DynamoDB, Postgres
Microservices background with real-time service-to-service communication
Security : experience handling sensitive / customer data handling (OAuth2, JWT, tenant isolation)

They should be able to :

Have a clear architectural mindset to define approaches before development.

Pick up high-level requirements and take ownership of application design, implementation, and delivery

Demonstrate strong expertise in Microservices, Security, and Cloud migration (legacy to AWS).

Soft skills profile :

Partner with BAs and collaborate across teams

Clear, structured communication

Ability to walk through real-time scenarios and design decisions

Proactive and assertive in owning delivery and technical direction
