A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Store Representative

Position type : Full-time, Contract

Duration :  6 months with possible extension

Location :  Orlando, FL 32810

Step into a role where customer interaction meets operational excellence! As a Store Representative , you’ll be the face of the brand—engaging with customers, guiding them through purchases and returns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement : Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with purchases, returns, and product inquiries. Help them understand the features and benefits of products and accessories to enhance their experience.
• Sales & Representation : Act as a brand ambassador in a retail setting, driving sales and contributing to the store’s revenue goals.
• Store Operations : Coordinate daily store activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping products. Manage order staging and fulfillment, and maintain smooth transactions with vendors and internal teams.
• Team Collaboration & Goal Setting : Work closely with your team to set and achieve operational goals. Contribute ideas to improve store policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising & Cleanliness : Keep the showroom inviting and organized by maintaining displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
