Speech-Language Pathologist
Location : Minooka, IL 60447
Start / End Date : April 6th, 2026 – May 21st, 2026
Grade Levels : Early Childhood (ages 2.5-5 years old)
Caseload : 25-30 students, provide speech and language treatment and conduct evaluations in addition to providing MTSS
Hourly Range : $46.00-$56.00 / hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Paid Time Off : 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to early childhood students five days a week in Minooka, Illinois. This FMLA role begins April 6th and runs through May 21st, supporting students' speech and language needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with early learners and be part of a collaborative team of multidisciplinary professionals.
Responsibilities
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to early childhood students, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-3 : 45 PM.Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ multimodal communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.Why Choose AnthroMed?

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL).Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.AnthroMed Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer
