Must be able to set-up, program and run equipment with minimal supervision. Proficient use of programming and nesting software. Ordering consumables and parts necessary for operation upkeep and maintenance.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to complete required tasks of each project. Be a good steward with shop resources. Protect and secure customer resources. Must be dependable with a willingness to learn. Strong work ethic. Ability to think outside the box to complete projects.

Read / understand / interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Inspect part through precision measuring, troubleshoot, machine set up, refine until finished product meets customer specs.

Basic reading and math skills needed to complete required tasks. Ability to read / understand / interpret blueprints and shop drawings, responsible from blueprint to finished product. Must document all inspections on proper forms. Mandatory use of in house computer system to track work hours and jobs being accomplished.

Must follow all safety requirements / standards. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Must be able to change jobs during the work day as the need arises and directed by management. Requires lifting of 50 lbs. Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes. Maintain work area and equipment cleanliness
