What You'll Do
Maintain & manage SAP price filesWork with buyers to manage PAR screensHelp set and update Retail pricingPrep for monthly sales requests by pulling data for forecast : current inventory, daily purchases, etc. (Red Metals, Aluminum & Ferrous)Follow up with 104 to ensure the plant receives the requested salesManage Evolve for the commercial teamManage STO process (shipping & receiving yards) to ensure accuracy of pricing and weightsBuild monthly customer reportsAssist Marketing Manager and Buyers as neededWork with Commercial Team to learn commercial best practices and commercial disciplineAssist commercial team with account reviews for smaller accounts or high cost / low weight accountsReview transportation reports to identify accounts that need buyer attentionAssist with month end business reviewRetro PricingRelease tickets to the back officePull purchase volumes for TAG Commercial Growth accounts that require MIGO transfers to validate upgradesWhat You'll Need
1-3 years business or operations experience (can include intern experience)Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and / or customer service is a plusLeadership skills in professional, educational, and / or social experiencesBuying / selling skill and product knowledgeAbility and willingness to work in all areas of the businessProficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointSense of teamwork as well as independent initiative requiredMust be able to travel within assigned region and other areas as neededMust have effective listening and verbal skills to identify important information and to engage with internal and external customersSAP experience preferredYour Education
Bachelors degree preferred
