Chemical Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with the following qualifications in the Greater Bridgeton, New Jersey area.

• Experience :
• Distillation experience is a must.
• 3 to 12 years of experience in chemical engineering or chemical Operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in process / production engineering with a focus on distillation and associated unit operation processes.
• Required Education :
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
• Skill Set :
• Knowledge of process simulation software is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred but not required).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
