Job description

We are currently hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a part-time, on-site role based in North Adams, MA . This position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver responsive, state-of-the-art respiratory services in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across Emergency and Med / Surg units.

Position Highlights :

  • Shift : Day Shift (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM)
  • Hours : 36 hours per week
  • Schedule : Includes rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy in emergency and inpatient settings
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to implement individualized patient care plans
  • Support unit readiness and assist with emergency department procedures as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program at the registry level
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL)
  • CPR Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to accommodate rotating weekends and holiday shifts

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a Staff Therapist ( new grads welcome
