• Begins upon successful credentialing
• Need is ongoing
• Cases : General, endo, ENT, ortho
• Newborn - Adult
• Monday -Friday 7 : 00-3 : 00
• OB call shifts available from 7-7
• Must be proficient in interscalene, supraclavicular, popiteal, and adductor canal blocks
• 30 days for credentialing
