Prosper Infusion is seeking experienced and motivated AR & Collections Specialists to join our dynamic team.

The AR & Collections Specialist is responsible for a broad range of billing processes related to paid and unpaid claims, including contract analysis, reimbursement, denial management, appeals, and resolving billing-related issues with insurance companies or other responsible parties for services rendered. Experience with Commercial, Medicare, FL Medicaid, and Home Infusion billing is preferred.

Major Responsibilities :

• Ensure daily work aligns with company goals for cash collections, A / R over 90 days, billing within 14 days, and departmental objectives.
• Maintain strong skills in collections and follow-ups with insurance companies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Process unpaid claims promptly, make demographic changes to reduce rejections, and ensure proper handling by branch and billing staff.
• Identify non-compliance patterns in patient registration, billing documentation, and delivery tickets.
• Submit secondary billing with supporting documentation per payer guidelines to maximize revenue.
• Work within deadlines and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Overtime may be required to meet departmental goals.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.
